Grand Moffs burn through heirs. Thrawn comes and goes. Mon Mothma’s New Republic takes Coruscant and immediately discovers it cannot govern it.

In secret: Military Intelligence finds Alexandia on Super Star Destroyer Eclipse — biological daughter of Palpatine, lab line, raised in isolation by loyalists. Not a clone, not a puppet. Trained, tested, furious at what the Empire became.

Alexandia assumes power as Conservatrix Imperialis — Charter forbids “Emperor,” so she takes the old Roman title: Protector of the Empire.

First two laws define NGE:

1. Official Corruption = Death + Forfeiture. Actually enforced. Governor, Moff, Senator, or clerk — caught skimming aid, you hang and your family loses the estate. HoloNet broadcasts trials live.

2. Force Schools = Death + Forfeiture. Running a Jedi temple, Sith academy, or any Force religion school — death. Blames Palpatine and Vader’s religious conditioning, not Force itself.

Restores Imperial Senate as real legislative body, not applause machine. Female-only succession codified — “Sons of emperors start wars. Daughters are asked to clean them up. We will stop at the source.”

Imperial Knights commissioned. Not Jedi. Not Sith. Empire property. Feel everything, kill corruption. Oath to Charter, not person.

Inquisitorius purged NI 1. Old hunters executed or exiled. Rebuilt as independent auditors under Imperial Supreme Court — therapy, accountability, wellness checks, and audit of Knights. Clause added NI 1: If Empress fully falls to Dark Side, Knights must kill her. She demanded it. Public law.

Survivors of Alderaan and ex-Rebels fund a new world — mountain lakes, white cities, democratic charter. Built as protectorate, initially under New Republic protection. Princess Leia funds and guides.

Leia Organa resigns from New Republic Senate after clash over Imperial Remnant policy and Jedi oversight. Luke wants autonomous Jedi Praxeum. NR fears new Jedi Order. Leia sees NGE’s laws as more honest than NR nostalgia.

Crowns herself Queen of New Alderaan (elected monarchy, House Organa tradition). Keeps democracy and laws intact.

Treaty of New Alderaan: New Alderaan joins New Galactic Empire as autonomous principality. Keeps own fleet (white Alderaanian frigates), laws, customs. Sends representative to Imperial Senate. Leia’s Price is met: Registered Jedi become legal.

Registered Jedi (Leia’s Law): You may be Force Practitioner — Jedi Tradition if you register, carry card, renounce students, no temples (1 per sector), submit to Inquisitor audits monthly/quarterly unannounced, report harmful Force use, keep saber. Training anyone = Death + forfeiture.

Treaty of Coruscant / Eclipse Pact: Hot war ends. NGE and NR agree to Cold War rules — no open war, proxy skirmishes only, voluntary defection allowed. Border worlds can take NGE aid while remaining NR on paper. NR really wants Coruscant chair for legitimacy.

Mandalore was still dead. After the Purge, Imperial weather satellites kept glass storms cycling. Murder drones patrolled the ruins.

NI 2: Mandalorian delegations (Kryze, Vizsla, Children of the Watch) petition Galactic Star. They petition Alexandia because she's daughter of Caera Kryze — half-Mandalorian, speaks Mando'a. She authorizes Operation KOTE (HOMEWARD). Public clip: "Su cuy'gar, verde."

NI 2-3: NGE Navy tears down three weather platforms. Star Destroyers drag them into atmosphere to burn. NGE combat engineers + Mandalorian clans sweep 2,400+ murder drones in surface clearing and boarding actions, junk them on Concordia.

NI 6: Sundari re-opens. ~3M Mandalorians return. Bo-Katan Kryze retakes the Darksaber during final clearance of Sundari. In theory trad allows challenge. In practice, no one dares — challenging Bo means risking the wrath of her kinswoman Alexandia, who is herself a full Imperial Knight with the entire NGE behind her. Most swear Mandalore to NGE.

Mandalore Today (NI 24): Autonomous principality, same as New Alderaan. Own laws, armor, Mando'a. Two Senators to Galactic Star. Provides Mandalorian Protectors (white plates, grey trim) as auxilia to Great White Fleet. Player option: Be Mandalorian human (or foundling). Any class — Soldier with Mandalorian Legacy gets real beskar'gam, but Medic, Tech armorer, Pilot, even Jedi foundling all work. Armor is culture not crime.

Luke, Ahsoka, and Ezra begin trading students and warnings via encrypted voice on old Separatist repeaters — rural worlds at the edge. No temple, just a circuit. Leia joins as political cover.

Leia steps down as Queen of New Alderaan. Daughter succeeds. Leia takes seat as Senator from New Alderaan on Galactic Star — what she's always been best at. Still called "Queen Mother" on New Alderaan. One son trains as Jedi on the circuit. Other flies with Han and Chewbacca — Falcon finally maintained properly.

NGE tried 5 years to hold Coruscant for legitimacy. Reality: every aid package skimmed, every official assassinated, every audit points to Senator + cartel, NR calls it false flag. Can’t clean without tyranny.

Empress public address: “You want the well, drink it. Keep the chair. We will build a new table.”

Trade: NGE cedes Coruscant system to NR (including Senate rotunda) for recognition of new capital. Begins Galactic Star — 240km mobile moon station, planetary shields, shipyards, Senate, Imperial City. Public timetables on HoloNet.

First terraforming proof: dead rock designated New Legacy → mountain-lake world in 14 months. Now 11M citizens. Volunteered to join NGE after watching build on HoloNet. NR calls it propaganda. People call it a job and a house.

First Order / cult remnant in Unknown Regions builds Starkiller Base — planet that eats a star to kill systems.

NGE finds it first. Doesn’t ask NR permission. Sends Great White Fleet — white hulls gold trim, NGE good-guys fleet — and Galactic Star itself.

Public record NI 21: Galactic Star tanks Starkiller’s full-power beam on planetary shields — the shot meant to erase the Hosnian system — holds long enough for White Fleet to crack the planet’s thermal oscillator. Starkiller destroyed. Debris field still hot with kyber. Disney trilogy prevented.

New Republic response: calls Galactic Star “Third Death Star,” claims NGE invented Starkiller to justify war. Still cashes NGE aid checks.
